Admissions
Admissions at Oxford Universal High School are designed to be clear, transparent, and parent-friendly. We encourage parents to understand the process and timelines carefully to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Admission Process
- Application forms are available from January at the school office and on the website
- Forms can be collected in person, requested via email, or downloaded online
- Application fees must be paid as prescribed at the time of submission
- Completed applications must reach the school on or before 20th April
- All students are required to appear for an admission test
- Admission is confirmed only for students who qualify for the assessment
Documents Required
- Transfer Certificate from the previous recognised school
- The Transfer Certificate must be duly signed and countersigned by authorised education officials
- For students changing schools, the certificate will be securely transferred bythe school administration
Fee Guidelines
- Admission fee and first quarter fees must be paid before reopening after summer vacation
- Quarterly fees are payable before the 10th of each quarter
- Late fee payments attract a fine as per school policy
- Bus fees must be paid monthly and are applicable for the full academic year
Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawal notice must be submitted at the beginning of the term
- One term fee will be charged if notice is not provided on time
- The Transfer Certificate will be issued only after all dues are cleared
General Guidelines for Parents
- Parents are requested to meet the Principal by prior appointment
- Teachers should not be approached during classroom hours
- Parents must ensure regular attendance, homework completion, and discipline
- Students must attend school on reopening day to retain enrollment
